Our individual counseling services are designed to help you overcome personal challenges and achieve your goals. We provide services to all ages across the lifespan. Our licensed counselors strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behavior, and develop strategies for positive change.
We apply a team approach to working with famililies. Often, different individuals within the family are experiencing their own need for support. If you desire, our clinicians are willing to consult with each other to help develop plans to support the entire family. Our services can help overcome challenges related to communication, conflict, and other issues. Our licensed therapists work with families to identify strengths and weaknesses, improve communication and problem-solving skills, and develop a stronger sense of cohesion and support.

Our child and adolescent counseling services are intended to help young people overcome a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. Our therapists use evidence-based techniques to help children and teens develop coping skills, improve self-esteem, work on identity and achieve greater success in school and other areas of life.
